CO2 incubator or water baths are basic equipment necessary in tissue culture. However, these are also fertile ground for polluting bread due to the high humidity and temperature. As soon as contamination appears, it can be difficult to get rid of and serious damage can be done. Therefore, it is essential to systematically clean and disinfect the equipment. Disinfection is done every 14 days or at least one month at a time.
Desinfección de las superficies de la incubadora de CO2 (200X)
El agua debe reemplazarse con agua esterilizada cada 2 ~ 4 semanas, agregando 5 ml de T-Pro Aqua EZ Clean por 1 litro de agua.
Desinfección de baños de agua ordinarios (500X)
Se recomienda utilizar 2 ml de T-Pro EZ Clean por cada 10 litros de agua en el baño y repetir el procedimiento cada 2 ~ 4 semanas.
